You've managed to pack a lot of detail in this one. You can see different things in it, depending on where you focus on it. I'd call it a great blend of creativity.

if i were on my workstation i would overwork this into realistic light and stuff ;)

well, the edge between clockwork stuff and headskin is missing, and the right cheeckmechanics are still to bright
